Have you ever wondered how pro bloggers write content fast? Today you are going to learn their secrets. I’m going to show you how to write a blog post quickly, and get it out faster than you have ever written before, let’s go ahead and jump right into it 

They say that content is King, and I can vouch for this being almost entirely true. It would be perfect if the saying were content that drives traffic is King, but that’s just me. 

In this article, I’m going to show you how to write a quick WordPress blog post. My goal is to make it about a 1,200-word blog post. I want to try to hit that mark in 30-to-60 minutes or so.

When you first start writing your post, it might take a little while longer as you get the hang of it. Hopefully, you’ll be able to see the importance of using some of the techniques and start implementing them in your process to improve the speed at which you crank out blog articles.

The first and most important thing to understand before you begin writing your article is knowing what you’re going to be writing about. I have nothing planned at this time, but an idea, I’m in the same boat your in when it comes to brainstorming topics and questions to cover in the article.  

Use Google for Your Topics

Now that you have the topic that you want to cover, let’s go over to google.com and get some ideas and maybe even a question or two to include in our article. Using Google to find related searches to our topic will give us a good idea of other related information we can provide to our readers.

We want to include what we find in our article so we can kind of see what people are searching for that way, we have a better chance of ranking for those terms when somebody searches for them.

I searched on Google for the term “how to write a blog post fast” and a quick scroll down to the very bottom revealed some suggested searches, these suggest searches are a gold mine when it comes to quickly writing and publishing an article.

As you can see many of the suggestions are related to the topic of how to write a blog post fast. Take these suggestions and turn them into sections of your blog post.

You typically want to aim for about 300 words per topic so the example that we’re going to look at is how to write a blog in 20 minutes we want to try to hit about 300 words for that particular instance.

How to write a blog post in 20 minutes?

Before setting your heart on writing a blog post in 20 minutes, you need to set some realistic expectations for yourself.

Remember, you can only get so much information out in 20 minutes.

You can only plan so much, you can only babble so fast, and you can only type so much. You have to proofread and edit your article as well.

I urge you not to expect to write a 2,000-word article in that amount of time; maybe a 500ish word article is reasonable.

Doing things like this is very important in accomplishing your goal of getting your blog post written in 20 minutes that has some quality.

Step one create an outline of your article.

I’m going to do this now so I’m going to give you what I’m going to talk about in this article so let’s just go ahead and write that out

 one trait a topic that you’re going to be discussing

Plan out what parts of that topic you want to discuss

Think of questions that your readers are going to ask pertaining to that topic that you’re going to discuss

Just as a friendly note, try to spend more than 20 minutes writing a blog post, you’ll lack quality through rushed effort.

Write your article with your voice

When it comes to speed of getting information out there is nothing faster than your voice, trust me when I say this you can speak a lot faster than you can type. What I highly recommend is to speak out loud your blog post, actually talk it out. Pretend you are giving a podcast.

There are really great tools that are free that will allow you to do this.

If you use a Mac you can hit “Fn” twice to open up your voice to text application. If you are on Windows most have an app for Text-to-Speech in the accessibility options. Another great resource to use and is completely free is Docs by Google. Google Docs has a great text to speech tool that works fairly well.

Regardless of your choice, you will have to go back and edit a few things, proofreading is a must!

But the upside is you know have your blog post written fast. It’s a great feeling to see the speed of which you can write your content when it’s spoken vs. the time it takes to write out.

Automate Your Proof Reading

After you’ve written the article with your voice, you are going to want to go through and correct any issues that you might see.

Take the the time to proofread and fix any grammatical issues you may find.

You want to make sure that your words flow quite nicely, and an excellent way to do that is with an app called Grammarly, I highly recommend Grammarly it serves many purposes and creating rich content is one of them and will help you automate your proofreading to some degree.

So in submarines the best way to write your blog is to use your voice quite literally the way we speak is by far much faster than the way we tight we can get out ideas a lot quicker than we can keep them in so whenever you have some alone time and you’re probably able to speak to your computer so people don’t think you’re crazy then I do recommend it but just following the basic fundamentals of creating article is going to allow you to speed up the writing process.
